Natalie Oldfield, CEO and Founder, discovered her passion for learning and development early in her career while working in a student support role. She realized that instructional design was her path to making a meaningful impact on students' success, both in their courses and in achieving their broader life goals.

 

Through her company, Natalie aims to expand this impact and assist others in reaching their learning and career aspirations.
